Welcome to the website of the Department of Occupational Health and Safety, Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University
Established August 8, 1969, as the Thailand's first occupational health and safety academic institute, we enjoy a long history of working together with commitment to the development of teaching and continuously conducting research, consistent and timely with the dynamics of change.
The Department is recognized as a leader in occupational health and safety education at national and international levels. By integrating the body of knowledge in both science and social sciences in the processes of teaching and learning, we encourage our students to excel in theory and to develop and apply knowledge into practice. Our main priority is to maximize benefits by preventing work-related accidents and diseases, protecting all workers, and promoting well-being of the society as a whole.
